Crystals of Time how to fix exception access violation error

When the game is launched from steam an "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" error appears and the game stops.
This problem appears because the game can't handle non English characters in the windows username.
The solution is the following:

1. Right click on the game in the steam library.
2. Click properties.
3. Click the local files tab.
4. Click browse local files: A file explorer window appears.
5. Right click on Crystals Of Time executable.
6. Click on Run as administrator.
7. Game Starts without problem.

Crystals Of Time game length is around 3 hours.
